Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all cabin reservations.

  • Monthly RV guests must pay the first month’s rent plus a $100 electricity deposit at check-in.

  • RV Sites: Check-in after 1:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM.

  • Cabins: Check-in after 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

  • RV Sites: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cabins: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Deposits are nonrefundable for late cancellations.

  • Unused rent and electricity deposits (RV monthly guests) will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is found.

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

  • Speed limit within the park is 10 MPH.

  • Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Pets are welcome in RV sites at no extra charge.

  • Cabin guests with pets must pay a $100 nonrefundable deposit + $25 weekly fee.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Aggressive pets are not allowed.

  • Amenities such as laundry, propane services, pet park, swimming pool, and fire rings are available for registered guests only.

  • Use of amenities is at your own risk.

  • Big Chief RV Park & Motel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to RV sites, cabins, or park property.

  • Fireworks, firearms, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Open fires are allowed only in designated fire rings.

By staying at Big Chief RV Park & Motel, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property without refund.
