• All sites are full hookups with 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer

• Please keep your site clean and tidy – dispose of trash in designated dumpsters

• Do not park vehicles, trailers, or equipment on the grass

• Cabin and motel guests must keep all furnishings inside the unit

• No outside appliances (washers, dryers, freezers) allowed at sites

• Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

• No aggressive breeds or excessive barking allowed

• Pets are not permitted in motel rooms unless staying in a designated pet-friendly unit

• Laundry & Restrooms: Please keep facilities clean and report any maintenance issues

• Wi-Fi: Available throughout the park, usage may vary depending on demand

• Picnic & Outdoor Areas: Open for guest use; please clean up after gatherings

• Fire Pits & Grills: Allowed only in designated areas (check with office for restrictions during burn bans)

• No fireworks or open firearms allowed in the park

• No illegal drugs or public intoxication permitted

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Dumping of grease, food, or hazardous materials is prohibited

• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property

• Smoking is prohibited inside all units (a fee will be charged if violated)

• Additional guests beyond reservation must be approved by management

• Please do not move or remove furniture, linens, or appliances

Big Chief RV Park & Motel reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone who does not comply with park rules

• Remove guests without refund for misconduct or damage

• Adjust policies as needed for the safety and comfort of all guests
